Our dolls and accessories contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.
Product care
All dolls and outfits are handmade with love. Handle gently. Avoid water exposure, heat, and rough play.
Design rights
All designs and doll characters belong to Playful. Please do not replicate, reproduce, or resell our items without permission.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. In case of delays, we will notify you via email.
No return, only exchange
Due to the nature of our product, we only accept exchanges in case of damage or defect, within 3 days of delivery. Please read our full Return & Exchange Policy.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of taxes. We use secure third-party gateways for payments.
