💸 Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased.
  

• Since every item is custom-crafted or limited-edition, we avoid refunds to maintain quality and fairness.
  
  

🔁 Exchanges:

We’re happy to exchange your item only if:

• You received a defective or damaged product.
  

• You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  

To request an exchange:
Email us at Roshni@myplayful.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.

❌ Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  

• After that, your doll begins her journey to you and cannot be stopped!
  

📦 Return Shipping:

• If an exchange is approved, we’ll guide you through return steps.
  

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged in transit.
