General Doll Care
Your Playful doll is made with delicate details and deserves gentle care to keep her magical for years to come!
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean the surface of your doll, outfits, and hair.
Avoid giving your doll a bath! They’re not fans of swimming.
For small marks or dirt, clean gently with mild detergent like Woolite®. For tough stains, consult a doll care specialist.
Be kind to her hair—light brushing only with a doll-sized brush. Avoid pulling or aggressive combing.
Storage Tips
While our dolls love adventures, they also enjoy a cozy place to rest!
Keep your doll in a cool, dry place, away from damp or dusty spots.
Avoid direct sunlight or heat, which can fade their charm.
For collectors:
Store upright on a doll stand to keep their posture and eyes perfect.
If lying down, gently wrap them in white tissue paper and check their eyes regularly to prevent sticking.
Cleaning Guide
For hard plastic or vinyl parts (arms, legs, face): Use a soft cloth with a small amount of mild soap and wipe gently.
For fabric bodies:
Use a clean toothbrush and mild soap to softly brush away any dirt. Never soak!Let your doll air dry naturally. No heaters, hair dryers, or sunbathing allowed!
Caring for Doll Clothes
Tiny outfits need extra care to stay adorable!
Handwash only in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent which are used for soft fabric
No scrubbing! Gently knead the fabric to remove dirt.
Rinse well and lay flat to dry.
If ironing is needed, do so only for safe fabrics and on a low heat setting, using a cloth barrier.
Hair Care Tips
Doll hair is delicate and magical—treat it that way!
To fix curls, gently dampen the section, then wrap around your finger or a soft brush.
Use mini clips to hold the shape and let it air dry overnight.Avoid human hair products like gel or hairspray. They’re too harsh for your doll's sweet strands!
